7 Days_Self-management - Day 1
For the first time, I deeply think about myself, my life, my work, and my emotions seriously. This time I do the question to me "what did I control all the things in life and work?" I realize that I have not tried to do better than per day. I accept I do everything in emotions but have not any actions to rethink the root cause of this emotion. Yesterday, I focus 80 percent of my focus to learn self-management by Nguyen Phi Van. I know I have to act now This is a commitment of me in this year 2022 On the first day, I will practice the first item in 6 steps to self-management which is Understanding emotions and emotional triggers. I should stop doing follow the emotions that are triggered, I need to think first about the root cause of emotions and control my actions My Actions now: M editate 15 minutes per day Journaling Do not act during the negative emotion triggering in 1 minute, in lieu of deep breathing
